For young men who've finished a tech programme
You finished the training. Now get paid for it.
You learned to code, design or work with data. Then the certificate came, and nothing happened. In 6 live weeks with Gilead and a small pod, you'll turn what you know into a portfolio people trust, a profile people find, and a pitch that gets replies, so you can land your first job or paying client.

Sound familiar?
You don't need another course. You need a next step.
- I finished the programme three months ago. Now what?
- I've applied to 60 jobs. Zero replies.
- My portfolio is two tutorials and a to-do app.
- I don't know what to say to a client.
If you've thought any of these, you're not lazy and you're not behind. You were taught the skill. Nobody taught you the other half.
It isn't your skill. It's the half nobody taught you.
Thousands finish tech training every year. The ones who get paid first aren't always the most skilled. They're the ones who fixed these three things.
Your portfolio proves you can follow a tutorial.
Employers and clients have seen the same to-do app a thousand times. They hire people who show a real problem solved, for someone like them.
Nobody can find you.
Most jobs and gigs go to someone the hirer has already seen: a post, a profile, a name passed along. If you're invisible, you're not even in the race.
You're applying, not pitching.
Sending the same CV to 60 openings feels like work, but it's a lottery. A short, specific message to the right person beats a hundred applications.
Every month you wait, another class graduates with the same certificate, and the skills you paid for get a little rustier. And AI is raising the bar: it won't take your job, but someone who uses it well might. Every week of this cohort uses AI as your assistant, so that someone is you.
Six weeks from now.
Where you start, and where you'll be.
Day 1
- "I do a bit of everything"
- A few tutorial projects
- No one knows you exist
- Applying and hoping
- Nervous about calls
Week 6
- One clear sentence: what you do, for whom
- 2 or 3 real projects on your Damian profile
- A profile people find and follow
- 100+ messages sent, replies coming in
- A pitch you've practised out loud
Where this can lead.
The roles our graduates go after. Pick yours on day one, and the six weeks are built around it.

Gilead Ogbonna has been teaching people tech since 2007, and getting paid for his own skills by clients in the UK, US and EU since 2016. He's trained NYSC corps members at orientation camps, PhD students at the University of Jos, and teams across Nigeria. He wrote The Online Course Creators Bible and is building Damian, a platform where people prove they can do the job.

Don't let the training you paid for go to waste.
You invested in his skills. But a skill nobody pays for slowly turns into a certificate in a drawer. For ₦25,000, he gets six weeks of structure, accountability and older guidance at the exact moment it matters most, and you get to see the progress.

Prefer one-to-one
The Deep-Dive Session.
For when you need answers about you, not a group. In 90 private minutes, Gilead goes through your skills, portfolio, goals and what's been blocking you, then writes you a 90-day plan built around your situation. Two weeks later, a short check-in to make sure you're moving.
Questions.
Straight answers. Anything else, ask me.
Who is this for?
Young men, roughly 17 to 25, who have finished a tech programme (coding, design, data, product, cloud or digital marketing) and still haven't landed paid work. Bootcamp, 3MTT, school or self-taught all count.
I'm still a beginner. Should I join?
This is not a coding course. You should already have the basics of your skill. We teach the half that gets you paid: portfolio, visibility, outreach and pitching.
There are free programmes. Why pay ₦25,000?
Free programmes teach the skill, often to thousands at once. This is the step after: a small pod, a mentor who knows your name, weekly tasks someone actually checks, and a portfolio built around the role you want. ₦25,000 works out to about ₦4,200 a week.
I'm not good at selling myself.
Most people aren't, at first. You won't be asked to brag. You'll learn to show proof of your work and ask clearly, using scripts you practise in a safe group before you ever send one.
Can you guarantee me a job?
No one can honestly promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we promise is the work that gets people hired: a finished portfolio, a clear pitch, and at least 100 real messages sent to people who hire. Your pod makes sure you do it.
What do I need?
A laptop for the projects (a phone is fine for joining calls), steady data for one live session a week, and 5 to 7 hours a week for tasks.
When are the sessions?
One live session every Saturday morning (Nigeria time), recorded for anyone who misses it. Pod check-ins happen during the week at times your pod agrees.
What happens after the six weeks?
You keep your Damian profile, the recordings, the templates and your pod. Strong graduates are invited back as pod leads for the next group, which is real leadership experience for your CV.
I live outside Nigeria. Can I join?
Yes. Sessions are online. Message us and we'll send payment details in US dollars or pounds.
Can girls join?
This programme is built for young men. Leave your details with us and we'll tell you if a mixed group opens.
What if I'd rather have one-to-one help?
