Working together
Hiring someone far away feels risky. Here's how I make it safe.
The questions people don't always ask out loud, answered before you need to. And a real person on the other end who enjoys the work.

Five promises.
Hold me to every one.
I don't vanish halfway.
What I start, I finish. Clients from 2016 are still with me for a reason.
You hear it first.
When something changes, I tell you straight away, with the cause and the fix.
No software you don't need.
The smallest build that solves the problem. Nothing extra to pay for every month.
Everything written down.
You get the guides and logins, so you never depend on me.
Friendship over one invoice.
Most of my work comes from past clients. I'd rather keep you than rush you.
Promises kept
Don't take my word for it.
“Gilead is a kind, gentle man who does each and every one of our jobs at his best. He is really credible, with character and trustworthiness. I will hire him again as many times as I need!”
Straight answers.
The practical bits.
How do we start?
A short call, a look at your current setup, then written recommendations. We agree price and timeline only after that.
How will I know what's happening?
A written update every week without you asking, a shared project board, and calls booked in your time zone.
What about time zones?
I work in GMT+1, which overlaps with the UK and EU and gives a good window with the US. I've done it since 2016 without projects slipping.
What if something goes wrong?
You hear about it immediately, with the cause, the fix and a new timeline. If the mistake was mine, I fix it at my cost.
What if the plan changes?
Small tweaks are absorbed. Bigger changes are written up and priced separately before any work starts.
How does payment work?
A deposit to start, then payment by stage, not by the hour. Contracts or escrow are fine if you prefer.
Will AI replace the people on my team?
That's not the goal. I use AI to take the repeat work off your people, so they spend their time on what needs a human: judgement, relationships and care. Every agent I build has a person in charge of it.
Who owns the work?
You do. Every account, all the code, the content and the documentation.
