Problem
A team copied the same details by hand between a form, a spreadsheet, a customer list and invoicing. Nothing ever matched.
Built
One flow that runs end to end, with an AI agent sorting and drafting, plus written instructions so the team owns it.
After
They run it without me. A year later, they came back to fix the next thing.

Learning systems

A training business that stopped answering the same email.

Problem
Every new group asked the same forty questions. The founder was the help desk, the teacher and the sales team.
Built
A clear course site with step-by-step onboarding, a help centre, and alerts that spot stuck students before they email.
After
One build became a monthly partnership, then a second programme.

Web solutions and sales systems

A launch that stopped losing sales at checkout.

Problem
A confusing sign-up and payment tools that didn't talk meant people gave up before they got in.
Built
A rebuilt site and sign-up path with payments, customer list and emails joined up, plus one simple screen for the founder.
